Do you know the benefits of Green tea?

Green tea is rich in flavonoids which stimulate processes in the liver that neutralize waste materials.

Green tea increases the growth of beneficial lactic acid bacteria and contains polyphenols that reduce irritation of the intestinal mucosa.

L-theanine in green tea supports the brain's production of alpha waves and calms the central nervous system and increases our concentration. L-theanine seems to modulate our stress-response and cortisol levels efficiently.

I love Matcha, which is the powdered fresh green tea leaves. I make both Matcha tea and Matcha latte, but I'm mostly crazy about it served cold.

Just a teaspoon in the blender with water, lemon juice, and ice cubes – and there you have it:

Mental energy in a glass.
