Mint Fizz is a fantastic, fresh and bubbly healthy soft drink which you can easily make yourself. In the old days peppermint was used to relieve nausea and stomach cramps due to its relaxing effect on the stomach.

Serves 4

YOU WILL NEED

  • 3 g fresh mint leaves
  • 100 ml water
  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup or raw honey
  • 1 litre sparkling water

HOW TO MAKE THE MINT FIZZ SPARKLING DRINK

Blend the mint leaves with 100 ml water until the leave are completely dissolved – then pour through a filter or sieve. Mix the mint extract with the agave syrup and dilute with sparkling water.
