If you do not have a juicer you can make this green smoothie instead.

Serves 1-2

YOU WILL NEED

  • 2 pieces of sweet fruit, for example apple or pear
  • 1-2 greens, for example celery sticks, squash, cucumber or courgettes (zucchini)
  • 200 ml baby spinach or other green leaves

HOW TO MAKE THE GREEN SMOOTHIE

Start by blending the fruit, then add the other ingredients and blend with ice cold water.
