The hemp porridge with lots of nutrients and protein. A great way to begin your day.

Serves 1 person

YOU WILL NEED

·      1 tsp chia seeds

·      50 ml hemp seeds

·      ½ tsp vanilla powder

·      3 tbsp ecological coconut milk (You are welcome to use the rich part of the milk only)

·      3 tbsp water

·      2 tsp real blueberries, e.g. defrosted

Blend chia seeds, hemp seeds, coconut milk, vanilla powder, water, and blueberries well together. Add more water, if the porridge is too thick. Allow the porridge to infuse for 15 minutes or leave it to chill overnight (if you are in a hurry in the mornings, then you can prepare your breakfast the night before)

DECORATION

Sprinkle goji berries on top before serving.
